Your Career. Your Path. No Permission Required

Coaching for cybersecurity professionals who are ready to move — whether that's breaking in, leveling up, or finally owning the room.

I built this practice because I know what it's like to not see yourself reflected in the room and to show up anyway.

Most of my coaching clients are women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or intersectional, and I welcome anyone who's felt like the industry wasn't quite built for them.

That said, the work is practical. We map where you are, figure out where you want to go, and build a real plan to get there with honest feedback, no fluff, and my actual network behind you.
